The Perth Ambassador Hotel is the ideal venue for your next conference, meeting, seminar, workshop, presentation, sundowner function, networking event, private dinner, birthday party, engagement party, or any type of celebration!
The Wattle Room is well suited for business meetings, small seminars or workshops, seating 20 people boardroom style, 18 U-shape style or 45 theatre style. The room opens out onto a light filled balcony, perfect for breakout sessions, with blockout curtains able to be drawn for privacy and to dim the room for presentations. Venue hire is available on a half day or full day basis, from $250 - $280.
The Boronia Room caters for up to 130 people cocktail style or 80 people banquet style and features its own private bar, with full length glass doors opening out onto an 11m wide outside balcony spanning the width of the room. Take advantage of the warm summer weather and enjoy the sun setting on to your function with fairy lights sparkling in the night sky. Venue hire is available on a half day or full day basis, from $280 - $350.
We are pleased to offer FREE Wi-Fi internet access to all clients, delegates and guests and can also arrange for audio visual equipment to suit your needs.
We offer great value food and beverage packages to suit your function, including gluten free and vegetarian options, or can tailor a package to your budget. Our delicious breakfasts start from $14 per person. Refresh and recharge with a great range of sweet and savoury morning & afternoon tea options including freshly brewed tea & coffee. Healthy lunch packages offer sandwiches, soups, pastas, salads, picnic and BBQ options.
Cocktail menus start from just $45 per platter (platter serves 6 - 8 people), set dinner menus from $32pp, or buffet dinner menus from $40pp. We have a fantastic selection of beverage packages starting from $20 up to $42pp with the option to add classic or signature cocktails for just $3.50pp per hour. We also offer the option to run a bar tab where you can nominate a limit and create your own drink list.
